Brian Reiss

Brian has spent most of his career helping leading organizations develop and manage cutting-edge consumer financial service products and services. Leveraging a solid foundation in consumer lending & technology received at MBNA, Chase Manhattan Bank and Ernst & Young Consulting, Brian helped design some of the first mass consumer internet banking, investment and customer acquisition/service programs. Prior to joining Bridgeforce, Brian was a key member of Ericsson’s Global Mobile Commerce team helping to develop applications and establish standards for mobile commerce and advertising services. Most recently, Brian has worked with clients to optimize their loan acquisition and customer management strategies to improve the yield on their account acquisition spend and existing account profitability. Brian’s work has helped clients increase approval rates, loan outstandings, loss rates, and overall portfolio performance.
