Keri Gohman is a veteran executive with an extensive track record of increasing shareholder value and customer loyalty through new business models, sales and channel strategies across multiple industries.� She currently serves as Senior Vice President and General Manager of Capital One�s Small Business banking segment, managing the strategy, P&L, offerings, credit and customer experience for small business across retail and direct banking.Keri joined Capital One in 2008 and has held a number of leadership roles in both the company�s US Card business and Retail and Direct Bank business. Most recently, she led the Small Business Bank deposits and payments.� Her team focused on delivering differentiated business models and offerings within checking, savings, cash management, merchant services and complimentary small business products.�In prior roles, she served as Vice President of Channel & Customer Strategy and Analytics for Capital One Direct Bank and helped lead national expansion retail efforts. She was accountable for designing the multi-channel strategy, customer experience design and operating models for new, innovative retail banking strategies and online banking. She also has served as Vice President, US Card Sales and High Value Customer Strategies, where she drove new growth through expanding channel distribution and creating differentiated segment-based experiences.�Prior to Capital One, Keri�s background includes leadership roles at General Electric Financial Assurance and Intuit, including general management of global services businesses, business development, sales and marketing strategy and distribution development.�Keri is a certified Master Black Belt from GE and has, throughout her career, been an active leader of Women�s Network organizations.� She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Liberty University and holds an M.B.A. from Lynchburg College. She lives in Washington, D.C. with her husband Tim and their three children.
