Michael Wesley is the Director of Consumer Segment Strategy within KeyBank�s Retail Bank.� Michael is responsible for designing client strategies and programs for KeyBank�s Underserved, Mass Market, Mass Affluent and Small Business segments.� In this capacity, he is accountable for the Retail Bank�s client segmentation, value proposition and planning efforts aimed at acquiring, growing and retaining target clients.� Michael joined KeyBank in 2011.Michael has deep experience in designing and implementing client centric strategies within the financial services industry.�Prior to joining KeyBank, Michael served as the Director of Sales & Marketing Strategy at Morgan Stanley Private Bank where he was responsible for developing strategies to deepen banking and lending wallet share among Wealth Management clients.� Michael has also held other retail banking positions, including Head of Segment Marketing at M&T Bank along with various client strategy roles at Wachovia Corporation.�Michael earned his Bachelor of Science degree from The College of William and Mary.� He currently resides in Cleveland, Ohio with his wife Michelle and their two children.
