A nice little presentation opener that I had seen at one time was called the '100 Man Story'. It used government figures to show that out of 100 men of retirement age (65 then), x number were comfortable in their retirement, all the way down to X number were '...dead or dead broke."
Would anyone know where I might get a copy of this or perhaps even an updated version - this one was about 35 years old in the statistics area.

Thanks

Tom-

I believe that it is part of the financial profiles software (http://www.profiles.com).

However, I actually remember seeing it in Thomas J. Wolff, CLU, ChFC's FNA Selling System.

Hope this helps.

that was the prelude all franklin life agents were taught to use before going into the "presidents plan" presentation..the two canned presentations really helped me get started in the biz(and last a while)..i'll look through some old boxes and see if i still have a copy..the numbers would surely have to be updated though. thanks for the memories.

Doug,

Please post the "presidents plan" here. I'd love to see it. You can email it to me also if you like.

I would love to see both presentations, too! Perhaps I could insert them (with the appropriate attributions) into our Financial Planning curriculum.
