Citi Private Bank Hires JPMorgan’s Batista as Managing Director

Citi Private Bank has hired Daniel Batista from JPMorgan Chase & Co. as a managing director and ultra high net worth banker.

Batista joins Citi’s Short Hills, N.J., office and reports to Paul Hubert, the head of the East Coast region of Citi Private Bank.

Batista most recently served as managing director and private banker at JPMorgan in Morristown, N.J. Batista joined JPMorgan in 2007, following five and a half years at Wachovia, where his roles included investment strategist. Prior to that, Batista served as a financial consultant at Merrill Lynch.

Citi Private Bank targets ultra high net worth clients with $25 million or more in investable assets. It services include banking, investments, lending and family wealth planning.
