Mr. Gibbons brings over 40 years of diversified business and entrepreneurial experience in executive management, business strategy development, sales leadership, business planning, product development, organizational development, operations management, strategic outsourcing and information technology to Computershare Communication Services (CCS).As a strategic consultant and business advisor, Mr. Gibbons focuses on the identification of new market opportunities and the use of technology and business services as a basis for innovative business solutions and the creation of winning business strategies, helping CCS identify and work with many leading global companies.Throughout his career Mr. Gibbons has been a catalyst for change and recognized for his leadership in developing and implementing innovative business solutions for Fortune 500 companies. Prior to his current role, Mr. Gibbons held a variety of executive leadership positions including President, CEO and founder of Dun & Bradstreet Services; Founder and CEO of Intellisource (a full service Business Process Outsourcing firm providing HR, F&A and Procurement services that grew to over half a billion in revenues in just over four years); Managing Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers US Business Process Outsourcing organization; and Consultant and Strategic Coach for business strategy and Business Process Outsourcing development to EDS� senior executive team.Previous to these roles, Mr. Gibbons was the IBM senior executive responsible for US operations. Mr. Gibbons is a nationally recognized speaker and author of numerous white papers and articles. In addition, he was the founder and publisher of the Outsource� Report.Mr. Gibbons is currently the Managing Director of the Daly Company, LLC, a real estate partnership and Chairman of the Daly Management Company, Inc., a company providing business consulting services and fully outsourced management for client companies. He is also Chairman of the Board of Outsource LLC and a member of the Board of Directors of Payments Advisory Services (PAR), a wholly owned subsidiary of WACHA. Mr. Gibbons previously served on the faculty of the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE).
