Huntington Asset Advisors, a subsidiary of Huntington National Bank, today launched the US Equity Rotation Strategy ETF (ticker: HUSE), an actively managed fund that seeks capital appreciation in any market environment, the firm said in a statement.

The new ETF, the bank’s second, follows the launch of Huntington EcoLogical Strategy ETF last month.

The new find will invest in companies included in the S&P Composite 1500, but will have the latitude to shift among sectors or segments in seeking long-term capital appreciation, according to the fund’s prospectus.

“When investors think of ETFs, they usually think of passive investments,” Paul Koscik, US Equity Rotation Strategy ETF manager, said in a statement. The new fund, however, will be more flexible and able to take advantage of more investment opportunities, he said.

Huntington National Bank is a subsidiary of Huntington Bancshares Incorporated, a $56 billion regional bank holding company headquartered in Columbus, Ohio.
